Non-Food Vendor booth cost is $50. Would you like to have an opportunity to pitch your wares to our cookoff attendees? Please fill out the form and submit to register for a vendor booth. If you need more than one booth, you will need to fill out this form once for each booth space.

All vendor spaces are 10-ft x 10-ft. Sorry, electricity is not available. We do not have tents, tables or chairs available so you will need to provide those yourself.

Once you have done so, you will be returned to this page, and you can pay for your booth using a credit card by clicking the link below. If you prefer to mail a check, please put “Cookoff Vendor Booth” in the memo field and send it to:

General Release of Liability: I hereby release and agree to hold harmless Crossroads Church and Rowlett Strong, Inc. and their volunteers and employees, from the loss or damage to the undersigned's property or any personal injury which he/she or any helpers may sustain while setting up or participating in the Rowlett Strong Chili and Dutch Oven Cookoff. The undersigned agrees to abide by the rules set forth by the Cookoff Committee. The Committee reserves the right to make the final interpretation of the rules and the acceptance or denial of vendors.

I understand there are no refunds once I have been accepted into the cookoff event.
